"OUR STAY AT THE GRAND RESORT HOTEL WAS A LAUGH BECAUSE WHEN WE WENT IN AND THE FIRST THING I DO IS CHECK TO SEE IF THE PLACE IS CLEAN AND IT DEFINITELY WASN'T CLEAN AND I WENT TO THE BATHROOMS FIRST TO CHECK IT OUR AND THERE WERE BUGS IN THE FLOOR WITH ANTS RUNNING AROUND EVERYWHERE AND THE BUGS WE SAW CRAWL ACCROSS THE FLOOR AT NIGHT AND WHEN WE WERE IN THE ROOM WAS A JOKE AND WE CALLED THE FRONT DESK TO HAVE THEM CHECK OUT THE BUGS BUT TO NO AVAIL WAS NEVER CHECKED OR SEEN ABOUT. THE SECOND ROOM AIR CONDITIONER DIDN'T WORK EXCEPT TO BLOW HOT AIR AND THEY DID COME TO CHECK IT OUT AND SAID THE THE VENT WAS CLOSED BUT WE KNEW THAT WASN'T THE PROBLEM BUT COULDN'T GET HIM TO HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY. IN THE SECOND ROOM WE HAD THE AIR CONDITIONER WORKED WELL BUT HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH BUGS AND A TERRIBLE MUSTY ODOR. WHEN YOU WALKED IN THE DOORS TO ENTER INTO THE ROOMS THE FLOORS WERE WET QUITE A WAYS ON THE CARPET. AFTER WE HAD NO LUCK WITH GETTING ANY HELP WITH THE PROBLEMS I DECIDED TO WAIT AND EMAIL THE MAIN GRAND RESORT HOTEL AND COMPLAIN THERE BECAUSE THE ROOMS WEREN'T WORTH 10$ A NIGHT. I HAVEN'T EMAILED THEM YET BECAUSE WHEN I GOT ONLINE FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE I GOT HOME I SAW THE EMAILS FROM YOU GUYS AND THOUGHT I WOULD LET YOU KNOW THAT THE STAY WAS A NIGHTMARE AND THOUGHT MAYBE YOU COULD GIVE ME THE MAIN ADDRESS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS STAY. I HAVE SOME PAPERS THAT I BROUGHT HOME WITH ME ABOUT A SURVEY FOR OUR STAY AND A FEW OTHERS THAT I WAS GONNA CALL BUT IF YOU CAN HELP ME OUT SO OTHER PEOPLE WILL NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE THAT WE DID AND ANOTHER THING WE NOTICED WHEN WE GOT THERE THAT PIGEON FORGE WAS PACKED BUT THE PARKING LOT THERE WAS EMPTY ALMOST AND NOW WE KNOW WHY BECAUSE NONE OF THE OTHER HOTELS THAT WE SAW HAD EMPTY PARKING LOTS.

yes you can use any name on this that you want and not just my first name you can notify the hotel and use my full name if you wish because i'm definitely gonna find out something about the place and try and let others know not to stay there and that our money was a waste and we don't have much of it to spend and we surely regret wasting it at this place. thank you
